Lamina – rPET sheet extrusion lines are offered with two different types of concepts – Single and Twin screw two-layer (ABA) Sheet line to process a high percentage of recycled material. The outer skin layer consist of virgin resins combined with slip additives. Combinations can be PET G/ A-PET / PET G, APET / RPET / APET.

LAMINA rPET sheet lines are established for tremendous operating flexibility with outputs ranging from 300kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr, width ranging from 800mm to 1500mm and thickness ranging from 200 microns to 1500 microns. Centralized controls allow for the production of excellent-quality clear and smooth sheets optimize forming productivity, quality and investment with increased energy efficiency and yield.

LAMINA – Rpet single & twin screw extruder-based sheet lines are offered with universal barrier screw and direct-coupled motors along with manual, hydraulic & auto backflush screen changer. The sheet lines are available with special designed manual & automatic T –Die with robust deckling systems to maintain the width and thickness variation in sheets.

LAMINA – Rpet incorporate advanced features like gravimetric blending / dosing, grooved / smooth feed barrier screw extruder, melt pump, continuous screen changer, independently driven vertical/horizontal/inclined polishing rolls stack, air knife, online thickness monitoring / controlling system, anti-static bath, sheet accumulator, Unitilt polishing roll stack for dual requirement of thick and thin sheets, in-line sheet cutter and dual turret motorised jumbo winder.

User-friendly controllers and indicators located at various operating stations provide for ease in monitoring and control of various critical processing parameters.
