Job Description
As a HR Generalist handle all functions of HR including Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and also perform the role of supervisory head for Admin functions
Qualification
MBA-HR/PGDBM-HR/MHRM
Skills Required
Should be well-versed with all functions of HR and awareness
about various HR Tools
Should have excellent communication (both written & verbal), must possess great convincing power, should be confident, extrovert and proactive.
Should have very good leadership skill and should be able to handle a team of people under him/her.
Computer proficiency in M.S. Word, M.S. excel, e-mailing, internet usage etc.
Experience
4 to 5 years in Human Resource Management in Industrial sector
