Job Title Sr. Manager/DGM – Corporate Services
Department Finance and Account
Job Description Head of the department of all Corporate Services which includes Finance, Accounts, Excise and EDP. Will report to the Chairman & Managing Director
Qualification CA + CS
Skills Required
  • Confident, Dynamic with excellent communication skills
  • Should have worked in manufacturing industries
  • Should be able to independently carry out all company secretarial functions including conducting board meetings, maintaining correspondence and relationships with statutory and regulatory authorities like SEBI, legal affairs etc.
  • Should have knowledge and experience into Excise related activities.
  • Should have experience in CMA Data, L/C, Accounts and audit, , Budgeting, Working capital and term loans, Fund Flow, Financial control, etc
  • Should be able to manage the EDP Department & MIS of the company
  • Should be able to handle a team of 10 to 12 people
  • Should have very good delegation skills and team handling capabilities.
Experience 5 Years after completion of CA as well as CS
