The line incorporates a tandem foam extrusion system with a dia. 90mm extruder operating in tandem with a dia. 115mm water cooled extruder with hydraulic screen changer. The features include a high pressure gas injection system, patented annular die head, air ring an easy change cooling mandrel with take-off and sheet winder.

Techno Coating Engineering, Italy Rajoo offers cast film lines for PP and PE manufactured in technical collaboration with Techno Coating Engineering s.r.l., Italy, a company founded by Prandi family dating back to early sixties. The basic line incorporates a dia. 130mm extruder and 2 x dia. 65mm extruders with screen changers and melt-pumps. The features include an automatic die, a chill roll unit, dual chamber vacuum box, oscillation device and film thickness control with fully automatic dual turret surface winder. The line is capable of producing 25-micron stretch film at a throughput rate between 750 kg/hr to 800 kg/hr.
